Ise Ebi Salad

Fresh whole lobster steamed with sake, lemon and ginger, tossed with a soy vinaigrette

 

Toko Bitsu

A tasting menu for two to share – maki, sushi, tempura, breaded beef on skewer, chicken teriyaki – all served with green salad and fried rice

 

Gindara Saikyoyaki

Meltingly soft black cod, marinated in a miso sauce and grilled to perfection
